Here's a screenshot of all the full plate armor I can craft at 60. After looking over the gemcutting guides, it seems as though I can add ANY oblique gem to this set. If you look at the guide and go to the spreadsheet link, you'll see all the possible lvl 60 < gems that can be crafted and their attributes. So far, it's possible to stack the same gem over and over. I would assume that a tank would a be a serious badass with 9 (one per piece) Immutable Cabachon Rose Quartz... that'd be + 10.8% invulernability to all magic. It's just an example.... anyway, here's the screen.
